Rotorua – Newssheet Design
With this project we had to design the layout for a Newssheet on Rotorua, New Zealand. Any Maori patterns used had to be from Maori tribes in Rotorua, as they could be offensive if they were from a tribe outside Rotorua. For our newssheet design we were supplied with the text, and had to source our own photos.

Black is a very bold colour, so I put a black border around the pictures, and made the headings bold so that they would stand out. I also choose to give the pictures rounded corners, to make the Newssheet look more casual. All of the text for my newssheet design is laid out in three columns for easy reading.
